Click & Collect 

This website allows you to buy goods to be collected later in the shop.

Your goods will be held for you at Bookmark Spalding. Please allow at least 24 hours between placing your order and picking it up.

Your item(s) will be held for seven days. After seven days the item will be re-released for sale and your order will be refunded.

If you are unable to collect your item during the specified period, please contact us on 01775 769231 as soon as possible.

Delivery Information

Christmas Deliveries

Last day to order for Christmas is Wednesday 20th December 2023.  Deliveries placed after this date will not be despatched until 28th December 2023.

 

 

Stock availability

Stock held and orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually delivered the next working day, (Not including Bank Holidays).

Delivery for Mainland UK

Our deliveries are normally delivered by DPD Local complete with tracking number.

Delivery is FREE of charge, when you spend £40 or more, for the majority of UK postcodes. A postage and packing charge of £3.95 applies to orders under £40.
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are usually delivered the next working day (Not including Bank Holidays).

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland (Currently Suspended due to Brexit & Covid-19)

A delivery charge of £19.95 will be applicable. Deliveries may take longer than usual due to Brexit and Covid-19.

Delivery in Europe

Due to Brexit we regret that we are currently not able to offer delivery to Europe. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update the website if delivery becomes possible again.

Delivery Fees
Whilst we charge UK VAT on orders as required, we are not liable for any fees charged by custom officials on orders or deliveries outside the UK Mainland.

Rest of World

Returns Policy

You may return your order (once accepted by us) within 28 days of delivery of the product.

Any refunds will be refunded via source of payment (excluding any postage costs incurred by Bookmark Spalding Ltd). All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all original packing, the sender will pay any costs relating to returning items back for refunds.

We are happy to exchange or refund if the product is considered faulty by Bookmark Spalding Ltd, you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to vary delivery charges from those listed above in exceptional circumstances, such as orders containing heavy items being sent to non-mainland UK locations. In these circumstances we will contact you first to give you an opportunity to cancel your order.
